I am an integrative tantric therapist. I have been initiated into the Nath Tantric tradition, Ayurveda, Yoga, somatic practices, and Reiki. I am also a Kundalini Activation facilitator.
My work is focused on developing self-knowledge, using the body as a tool to release physical, mental and emotional tensions and blocks.
