The Ayurvedic Consultation, available online or in person, is a space of deep listening and compassionate care, dedicated to understanding your individual needs and promoting balance and holistic well-being. Based on the principles of Ayurveda, the assessment explores your daily habits and routines, the state of your doshas, as well as emotional and psychological aspects that have motivated your search for healing and self-awareness.

Based on this evaluation, I create a personalized plan that includes a daily routine inspired by Dinacharya, the ideal rhythm recommended by Ayurveda. This routine may include adjustments to sleep and meal schedules, practices such as self-massage (Abhyanga), the use of herbs and medicated oils, gentle exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques. The goal is to integrate these habits practically into your daily life, promoting physical, mental, and emotional harmony.

The follow-up includes two additional sessions for review and guidance, ensuring that the plan is adjusted according to your needs and progress. Throughout the entire process, I remain available to answer questions and offer support, creating a safe and transformative path for your journey toward balance and self-discovery.
