Choosing an Ayurvedic treatment and practices is embarking on a journey of balance and self-knowledge guided by an integral and personalized approach. Combining in-depth knowledge of the ancient science of Ayurveda and an attentive look at your needs, I offer therapies that nourish the body, pacify the mind and restore the harmony of the doshas. The techniques used promote relaxation, detoxification, revitalization and lasting well-being, integrating physical and emotional care. If you are looking to transform your routine, balance your energies and achieve a state of full and natural health, I will be by your side to offer welcoming support and effective therapies.
Ayurvedic Session
The Ayurvedic Session, available online or in person, is a moment of deep listening and acceptance dedicated to understanding your needs and promoting balance and integral well-being. Based on the principles of Ayurveda, the assessment covers your daily habits, routines and the state of your doshas, in addition to exploring emotional and psychological aspects that motivated your search for care and self-knowledge.
Based on this analysis, I create a personalized plan that includes a daily routine inspired by Dinacharya, the ideal rhythm recommended by Ayurveda. This routine may include adjustments to sleeping and eating schedules, practices such as self-massage (Abhyanga), use of medicated herbs and oils, light exercise, meditation and breathing techniques. The objective is to integrate these habits in a practical way into your daily life, promoting physical, mental and emotional harmony.
Monitoring includes two more meetings for reviews and guidance, ensuring that the plan is adjusted to your needs and results. Throughout the process, I will be available to answer questions and offer support, creating a safe and transformative path for your journey of balance and self-discovery.
Indications: Physical and emotional imbalances, stress, insomnia, fatigue, digestive problems, anxiety and the search for a more balanced and healthy life.

Ayurvedic Therapies
Ayurvedic therapies promote physical, mental and energetic balance, detoxify the body, relieve tension and restore the harmony of the doshas, providing integral well-being and revitalization.

Abhyanga Snehana
Abhyanga Snehana, or Ayurvedic oil therapy, is a therapeutic practice that uses heated and medicated vegetable oils to balance the doshas and promote integral health. Performed with smooth, rhythmic and harmonious movements, this technique nourishes the skin, stimulates circulation, helps detoxify the body and provides deep mental relaxation.
Personalized according to your Ayurvedic profile, Abhyanga not only revitalizes the body, but also calms the mind and harmonizes energies, offering an experience of physical, emotional and energetic well-being. It is ideal for those looking for tension relief, internal balance, rejuvenation and greater connection with themselves.
Indications: Stress, anxiety, insomnia, muscle pain, fatigue, doshas imbalances and need for body and mental regeneration.

Basti and Pichu
Basti (therapeutic enema) and Pichu (medicated oil compress) are external Ayurvedic therapies performed in conjunction with Abhyanga Snehana. These localized oiling techniques use medicated oils applied to specific areas of the body, such as the lower back, knees, neck and heart region, to provide relief from tension, pain and inflammation.
These practices help restore the balance of the doshas, promoting healing, deep relaxation and recovery of areas that require greater attention. Ideal to complement Ayurvedic massage, Basti and Pichu offer an effective and targeted treatment, enhancing the benefits of body therapy.
Indications: Muscle and joint pain, inflammation, stiffness, localized stress and the need for specific care in regions of the body.

Shirodhara
Shirodhara is an in-depth Ayurvedic therapy that involves applying warm oil to the forehead, specifically the point between the eyebrows, known as the "third eye." This practice promotes intense relaxation, calms the mind and promotes emotional balance, being especially effective for reducing stress, improving sleep and revitalizing the nervous system. Furthermore, Shirodhara helps to relieve emotional tensions, providing a feeling of serenity and mental clarity.
I offer this therapy in two ways:
With Abhyanga Snehana
Indications: Stress, insomnia, anxiety, mental fatigue and emotional imbalances.
With Somatic Ayurvedic
Indications: Intense stress, anxiety, insomnia, emotional blocks and mental fatigue.
